Hi! My name is Richard Amaya but all my friends know me as DJ Richie. I am from Mexico City and my passion has always been music, it is in my blood. In 1994 in Mexico City my friends and I started to DJ. I was always very restless and as time passed, I kept getting more prepared and ready so people would be interested and invite us to their parties.

In 2001, I arrived in the city of Phoenix, Arizona, to fulfill my dream of owning my own DJ equipment. With a lot of hard work and with the help of my family and great friends, I was able to make my dream come true! I was able to own my very first professional DJ mp3 player along with 2 speakers. We began to play at parties and in 2006 I met the best DJ in the Valley of the Sun (Jerry) and I learned how to professionally mix music. I truly love having people dance to my music at all types of events from weddings, quinceaneras, birthdays, etc. Now I have even made it a family business! I have incorporated both of my sons (Edwin and Marvin) into my team and together we prepare so that at your events we give your our best with the goal of making you dance and enjoy your special event.
